Failures in PDF document generation

Following our feature deployment of last night, there were some issues when generating documents from PDF templates.

1. Third-party applications may have had difficulties retrieving the compiled result resource. This was caused by an erroneous name "template.pdf" instead of "document.pdf".
2. Depending on the PDF template being used to compile a document, Adobe Reader was unable to open the document. When trying to do so, it showed an error message "There was a problem reading this document (14).". Other PDF readers, such as the one integrated in browsers, were unaffected by this issue.

The issues were fixed accordingly and PDF document generations are up and running again.
We apologize for all inconveniences this issue has caused.

The issues did not affect Word templates that are configured to output a PDF document.
